  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, training, and products offered by
Forest Witchery.

By booking a treatment, enrolling in training, or purchasing from our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Herbal Head Spa & Holistic Treatments

2.1 Nature of Services

All treatments provided are holistic wellness services intended to support relaxation and wellbeing only.
They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or contraindications prior to treatment.
We cannot accept responsibility for outcomes or reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

2.3 Treatment Refunds

  • Treatments are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Refunds are not offered for missed appointments, late arrivals, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectation.

 

 

  1. Training Academy

3.1 Online Training & Digital Content

  • All online courses and digital training materials are non-refundable once login credentials or access details have been issued.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that access to digital content constitutes full delivery.

3.2 Technical Access

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure suitable internet access, compatible devices, and technical capability to access course materials.
Technical issues on the purchaser’s side do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3.3 In-Person Workshops (Third-Party Facilitators)

We do not deliver in-person workshops.
Our role is strictly limited to coordinating introductions between students and independent workshop facilitators.

Workshop facilitators:

  • operate independently
  • are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of our business

3.4 Liability Disclaimer – In-Person Workshops

We accept no responsibility or liability for:

  • workshop content, quality, or delivery
  • venue conditions
  • injuries, accidents, or incidents
  • facilitator conduct or teaching methods

Any disputes, claims, or refund requests relating to in-person workshops must be directed solely to the workshop facilitator.

 

  1. Shop – Physical Products (Non-Equipment)

4.1 Returns

Customers may request a return of eligible physical products within 21 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4.2 Missing or Incorrect Items

Any missing items or order discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Claims made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

4.3 Refunds (Physical Products)

Refunds are issued only where an item:

  • is clearly defective, and
  • is clearly damaged upon arrival

Photographic evidence must be provided promptly.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, cosmetic preference, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear.

  1. Professional Salon Equipment & Third-Party Supplier

5.1 Third-Party Equipment Supply

Certain professional salon equipment, including but not limited to head spa basins, steamers, scalp analysis machines and related equipment, is supplied via a third-party provider.

Our role is strictly limited to facilitation and referral.
We do not manufacture, warehouse, inspect, package, ship, install, maintain, or warranty professional salon equipment.

5.2 Supplier Responsibility

All enquiries relating to professional salon equipment including:

  • shipping
  • delivery timelines
  • damaged freight
  • missing items
  • defects
  • warranties
  • replacements
  • returns
  • technical support

5.3 Liability Disclaimer – Professional Equipment

We accept no responsibility or liability for:

  • courier handling or delivery delays
  • loss or damage in transit
  • manufacturing faults
  • equipment performance or suitability
  • installation, maintenance, or aftercare

By purchasing or enquiring about professional salon equipment, you acknowledge that:

  • any contract of sale exists solely between you and the supplier
  • all warranties, refunds, replacements, and disputes are handled directly by nirvanaspasupplies.com
  • we do not issue refunds, replacements, or compensation for professional salon equipment under any circumstances

5.4 Delivery Confirmation, Missing Items & Payment Disputes (Professional Equipment)

Professional salon equipment is fulfilled and delivered entirely by a third-party supplier.
We do not take possession of professional equipment at any stage.

Responsibility for professional salon equipment transfers upon confirmed delivery, as recorded by courier tracking data or supplier or customer delivery confirmation.

If a customer believes an item is missing, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • the issue must be reported directly to the supplier within the supplier’s stated reporting timeframe
  • supplier and courier records, tracking confirmation, and delivery evidence will be used to assess the claim

We are unable to investigate, refund, replace, or compensate for:

  • claims of missing items after confirmed delivery
  • items reported outside ours or the supplier’s reporting timeframe
  • disputes where courier tracking confirms successful delivery
  • theft, loss, or damage after delivery

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • delivery verification is determined by the supplier and courier
  • any investigation into missing items is handled exclusively by the supplier
  • we are not liable for missing items once delivery is confirmed
 
 
 
  1. Refund Timeframes

The following timeframes apply across our business:

  • Physical product returns: within 21 days of receipt
  • Missing item claims (non-equipment): within 30 days of delivery
  • Damage or defect claims: reported immediately upon delivery

Requests submitted outside these timeframes cannot be accepted.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Results from treatments, training, and products vary between individuals.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  1. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, manuals, written content, and course resources remain the intellectual property of Forest Witchery
They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

 

 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product
  • we are not responsible for third-party services, suppliers, couriers, facilitators, or equipment providers
 
 
 
  1. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concerns.

Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks, including those raised via PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, or card issuers, may be challenged using evidence of:

  • agreement to these Terms & Conditions
  • proof of access, delivery, or supplier fulfilment
  • third-party responsibility disclosures

Raising a payment dispute in contradiction to these Terms & Conditions does not override the agreed refund and liability policies.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
